Initiate Your Return
Log into your Nissan account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt to monitor its journey back to our warehouse.
